Information we collect
We use your email and account details to sign you in from anywhere. If you choose a country for job matches while signed in, we save it in your profile. If you use our tools, we store the CV text you submit, your target role, generated results, plan and expiry date. The tracker stores the company, role, application link, date, status and notes you enter.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide your saved CV checks and writing tools, show your plan, enforce usage limits and keep applications in your account. We also count Apply clicks on job listings. We do not sell your CV or application information.
AI and service providers
Your CV and the job description or questions you submit are sent to our AI service to generate results. Lovable Cloud supports accounts and storage. These providers may process information outside your country. Avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information or someone else's private details.
Payments
Payments are not enabled yet. When launched, Paystack will process payment details under its own privacy terms. RemoteReady should not receive or store your full card details; payment records may be used to activate and support your plan.
Browser storage
We use browser storage to keep your sign-in session, remember whether you closed the announcement and remember bookmarked jobs and your country for signed-out job matches on this device. Clearing browser data removes device-local preferences and bookmarks.
Security and retention
Saved CV and application information is restricted to its owner's account. We use access controls, but no online service can promise perfect security. Final retention and deletion timeframes will be confirmed by the owner; do not assume data is removed automatically when Pro expires.
Your choices and rights
Under data protection law applicable to you, you may request access, correction or deletion and raise concerns about how your information is used. A dedicated privacy contact and request process are pending owner review. The current Talk to us option opens the sign-in page and is not yet a privacy request form.
